You’ll customize your deal, choose to finance or pay with cash, and give us a few details about where you live and work. Pay $500 today and your car is removed from our online inventory. We’ll send a confirmation email and reach out to set up your pick-up time and confirm all the details.
When I complete a purchase online, does it guarantee me the car?
Most of the time, yes! After you check out, we do one last availability confirmation with the car’s location. In the event the car is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and initiate a refund.
Do I get to test drive the car before I buy?
We always encourage guests to check out their car before they buy. You also get 7 days or 250 miles (whichever comes first) to make sure you love your car. Try it out on your commute or see if the kids’ car seats fit . . . make sure it’s right for you. If not, we’ll take it back and refund the purchase price.

After I make my purchase online, how do I know when my car is ready for pick up?
We’ll send a confirmation email with your pickup location and we’ll reach out to set up a pickup time and confirm all the details.
Where do I pick up my car after I purchase online?
When you are ready to buy, you’ll confirm your pickup location during checkout and receive an email confirming all your purchase details.
What can I expect when I pick up my new car?
Park in one of our guest spots and meet your Experience Guide inside. We’ll give you some time to check out your car and give it a test drive before driving it home. If you haven’t completed your paperwork online, our team will be ready to finalize everything onsite and get you on the road in your new ride.
How do I reschedule my pickup time?
If you need to change your pickup time, you can always call us and make that change with your Experience Guide.
I bought my car online. What do I need to bring with me when I pick it up?
A few things to remember to have with you when you arrive:
• A valid driver’s license & proof of insurance
• If you have a cosigner, bring them and their valid photo ID with you
• If you have a trade, make sure your remove all personal items from your car and bring a valid photo ID for everyone listed on the title (be sure they come with you, too!), the car title, loan payoff, and/or lienholder info (state requirements vary—check with yours first!), and all keys and keyless remotes. Bring service & repair records, too, if you have them.
Do I need to request insurance for my new vehicle?
Yes. You will need to have proof of insurance for your new car at the time of your pickup. You can either print off the proof of insurance or show it to us on your smartphone. Some states may require you to provide proof of insurance prior to picking up. If this is necessary, we will reach out to you to go over these requirements to ensure everything is registered correctly for state-specific guidelines.

If my car is being transferred from another location, how long will it take to ship?
Cars located at stores within the Denver, Houston, and San Antonio metro areas can be transferred between stores, and may require a non-refundable fee. The car will typically be available for pick up within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. We will confirm the pickup details with you and arrange an appointment that fits your schedule.
Can I ship a vehicle to a location closer to me?
Cars located at stores within the Denver, Houston, and San Antonio metro areas can be transferred between stores, and may require a non-refundable fee. We do not ship cars for the purpose of test driving.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and cashier's checks in store. We accept credit, debit, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay online. Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are not available for down payments above $500.
How do I change my payment option?
If you have not already scheduled your pickup time, just give us a call and we can change your payment option.
What is the $500 deposit for?
The $500 deposit removes the car from online inventory. We’ll apply this non-refundable deposit toward your purchase if paying with cash or toward your down payment if financing. The $500 deposit will be returned on financed deals with $0 down.
Is the $500 deposit refundable?
No, the $500 deposit is not refundable.
How long will the $500 deposit hold the car?
The $500 non-refundable deposit you pay at checkout will remove the car from online inventory, and you will have 3 business days from the time the car is ready to be picked up to seal the deal in-store. If you do not pick up your new ride within 3 business days, the car will be returned to active inventory.
Can I use a credit card for the down payment on a vehicle?
We do not accept credit card or debit card card payments for down payments over $500. If you decide to pay your down payment at the store, we accept cash, debit cards (check your bank's daily withdrawal limits before making a large payment), and cashier’s checks.
What lenders does EchoPark use?
We work with top lenders to get you the most competitive financing terms. Our lenders span from big names like Ally and Wells Fargo to smaller credit unions to get you the best offer. Your financing agreement is subject to the lender’s contractual loan terms and conditions.
Can I finance through my own lender?
Our preferred lender network allows us to offer you the most competitive rates. We also accept draft checks from USAA, PenFed, and Navy Fed.

Keep in mind a trade-in or cosigner can give you even more room in your budget.
What if I can’t get approved for loan?
We have a nationwide network of lenders, and our team will work to help you secure financing. If you don't automatically get qualified online, one of our Experience Guides will reach out to help you secure alternative finance options.

If I have bad credit can I still finance with EchoPark?

What credit score do I need to be approved for financing?

What if I don’t have the down payment required by the lender?

Can I find out what's on my credit report?
Yes. There are 3 credit-reporting agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. You have the right to obtain a free report from each one once per year OR if you have recently been turned down for credit. You can get your reports and learn more at www.annualcreditreport.com.
Can I purchase a vehicle service contract?

I purchased a vehicle service contract. Who can I use for my repairs?
You choose your repair shop. If you purchased a vehicle service contract for your new car, then you can take it to any certified mechanic for repairs.

I purchased optional protection plans. What happens when I have a claim?
If you added optional protection plans to your purchase, you’ll get detailed information on your coverage when you pick up your car. This includes how to use your protection plans and contact information to make a claim. If you have questions when you pick up your car, your Experience Guide will be there to help.
Can I purchase the protection plans later?
We cannot include the price of the protection plans in your financing after you make your purchase and take it home. An Experience Guide is happy to talk you through your protection options before purchase to answer all your questions.
My car is still under manufacturer’s warranty. Why do I need additional coverage?
Many manufacturer’s warranties do not cover all the core systems and electronics. Most vehicle service contracts can extend your coverage to cover the average time of ownership—up to 5 years or 60,000 miles—so you can drive happy knowing you don’t have to think about unexpected costly repairs.
