What is EchoPark's 7-Day Guarantee?
All of our cars come with a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you change your mind about your car purchase within 7 days or 250 miles (whichever comes first), return the vehicle to EchoPark in the same condition for a refund of the purchase price.

Please note: If your financing included negative equity from your trade-in, you can either repay the negative equity or finance it with a different vehicle, subject to financing approval.

What can I expect when I pick up my new car?
Park in one of our guest spots and meet your Experience Guide inside. We’ll give you some time to check out your car and give it a test drive before driving it home. If you haven’t completed your paperwork online, our team will be ready to finalize everything on site and get you on the road in your new ride.
I bought my car online, what do I need to bring with me when I pick up?
A few things to remember to have with you when you arrive:

  • A valid driver’s license & proof of insurance

  • If you have a cosigner, bring them and their valid photo ID with you

  • If you have a trade, make sure your remove all personal items from your car and bring the car title or lienholder’s contact information, all keys, keyless remotes, manuals and service records
Do I need an appointment to sell my car?
No, you don't need an appointment. Just stop by any of our convenient locations coast to coast and we'll take care of you! You can always expedite the in-store process by getting an offer online first from our Sell/Trade page.
Do I need to request insurance for my new car?
Yes. You will need to have proof of insurance for your new car at the time of your pickup. You can either print off the proof of insurance or show it to us on your smartphone. Some states may require you to provide proof of insurance prior to picking up. If this is necessary, we will reach out to you to go over these requirements to ensure everything is registered correctly for state-specific guidelines.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards and cashier’s checks in store. We accept credit, debit, bank transfer, Apple Pay & Google Pay online. Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available for down payments above $500.

What lenders does EchoPark use?
We work with top lenders to get you the most competitive financing terms. Our lenders span from big names like Ally and Wells Fargo to smaller credit unions to get you the best offer. Your financing agreement is subject to the lender’s contractual loan terms and conditions.
Can I finance through my own lender?
Our preferred lender network allows us to offer you the most competitive rates. However, if you’d prefer to use your own lender, we can accommodate lenders that provide a cashier’s check. We also accept draft checks from USAA, PenFed or Navy Fed.
Do I get to test drive the vehicle before I buy?
We always encourage guests to test drive their car before they buy. You also get 7 days or 250 miles (whichever comes first) to make sure you love your car. Try it out on your commute and see if the kids’ car seats fit...make sure it’s right for you. If not, we’ll take it back and refund the purchase price.
