TL;DR - If you're looking to buy a vehicle, I recommend checking Echo Park first. The experience is super relaxed, quick, and without pressure. Also, be sure to ask for Monique Moreno. For context: I'd been shopping for a vehicle for almost 2 weeks, and met/dealt with several car salesman from various dealerships. Echo Park was the last dealership I visited and purchased from. (It was a roller coaster trying to find a good deal). Echo Park Automotive New Braunfels for me, was everything I could ask for from a dealership. From the selection of vehicles to the lack of pressure from the staff. If you do decide to visit this dealership, I highly recommend Monique Moreno. She did an amazing job selling me the vehicle I wanted. She actually listened to what I was looking for and took the time to show me what I could actually want. I highly recommend her. As for the rest of my experience, I have to give a shout out to Cody Chapman (and of course Monique) for answering all my questions. By the time, I got to Echo Park I was wary of buying a vehicle. So I'm surprised how patient and courteous they were listening and answering all my questions. If I had one issue with my experience at all, it would probably have to be the way in which financing is arranged. You can only use their in-house lending and I had an awesome rate from an out-of-network lender. However, that's something they are very upfront about. So I don't really consider it a negative. Especially since they were able to negotiate with one of their lenders to get me a competitive rate. Which ultimately, sold me on the purchase.

Found all the information about the vehicle on a Sunday, walked in on Monday morning, and walked out with the car I wanted in just two hours.

Car has no floor mats. Car looked like it came off the show room floor but has no floor mats. Please send me the RS floor mats that should have been in the car. Go look by the vacuum cleaner where the car was detailed. Someone probably forgot to put them back in the car.

Just bought a car here yesterday and highly recommend this used car dealership! They have an alternative business model that allows them to honestly price their cars under KBB value. I worked with Jerry Mares and he was super helpful, patient, and not pushy at all through the entire process. He even stayed nearly an hour and half late so I could drive in from Austin after work! I also brought in my brother and dad, who are both car and tire experts and they couldn't find a thing wrong with the car I wanted to buy. The service team at Echo Park is top notch! I research for this vehicle in every site as well as in my local dealerships, therefore, an up-to-date online inventory is important to me. I don't mind driving to another city for the perfect car. At the end of the day, Echo Park helped me made a smooth purchased. I found the car I wanted, I called, got financing, drove to the dealership, sign and picked up my new car (new to me).

Great customer service from my salesman Cliff! I had a TPMS sensor go out within 5min of leaving. I took it back and they ordered the part and scheduled me to go back in to replace it a few days later, I had no problem with this. Reason for the 4 stars is that I drove 2 hours(there and back) it would've been nice if they filled up my tank for the inconvenience.

Quick and simple! Just bought a vehicle this past Saturday at 9pm...we were the last ones there (drove 3 hours to go see/pick up the car). Took our Granddaughter to EchoPark to buy a car and had a much better experience than at other car dealers! Met with Sabrina Preiss and she was attentive to what we said we wanted and was very friendly and patient with us. We drove several cars, learned a lot about each model, and never felt pressured to buy. While on the lot, every car had the year, make/model, miles, and price on each vehicle. Also the keys were on every car so you didn’t have to wait for the sales person to go back to the office to get another set of keys. Unfortunately we didn’t find the car we wanted but feel comfortable that the prices we saw were very competitive and every car was in great shape. So much so that we are willing to wait until the car we want shows up on the web site or we hear from Sabrina. Great experience and EchoPark has our business!

Pros: everyone was super friendly and came by to introduce themselves. Sabrina was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Cons: spent 3 hours at the dealership which is twice as long as I've ever spent. Interior of the car was dirty, and gas tank less than half full both of which I didn't notice until the next day. Felt pressured to buy Gap insurance and a protection plan. I never added those on, but having to say no 10 times was exhausting. Overall: wasn't a horrible experience, but it wasn't the greatest. Nothing really stood out as exemplary compared to other dealerships. I would buy again from here to see if my next experience was better.

Excellent experience buying a car today. We went in focused on one make and model and left with a different and better car at a great value. Luck must have been on our side because we ended up with a great "Experience Guide ", Sabrina. She showed us the vehicle we wanted, then proceeded to show us other vehicles in the same class and price range. We test drove 4 different vehicles until we fell in love with the last one we drove. So I went here today to look at cars for my brother in law, we have been here twice and and both times the customer service was great. They helped us out tremendously and that is why we came back to them again. I’m very upset how Sabrina handled this last visit, she didn’t even show him the car he came to look at because she said it was out of his price range and didn’t want to bother even running his credit because he’s young and didn’t want to damage his existing credit which I understand but to basically say you can’t afford this car you should try to get a car that’s around 10,000 instead of 20,000 is something you should never tell anyone. She also said that “it was too much car for him”, to come back another time when he’s ready. We didn’t see a car at all nor did she waste her time on us, was literally there for 10 mins and I drove 30 mins to get there. Not satisfied at all with the way Sabrina treated my brother in law, it’s not easy for young buyers and her mentality of buying a car made me feel even horrible for him to have to hear that.

I’ve never had a better experience shopping for a car. The process was very smooth and we just worked with one person for everything rather than 10 people at a normal dealership. The salesman Manny was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and stayed after closing to help us because we were from out of town. I’d recommend EchoPark over CarMax any day.

Jeremiah Drexler was my experience guide today while car shopping. He was extremely informative and helpful with any and all questions. Hands down, the easiest and most fluid and enjoyable experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Bryan was amazing from start to finish. He had great communication and sent me all of the info/photos that I requested since I was out of state. I've never dealt with just one person throughout the entire purchase (no manager, finance guy, etc). I got a crazy good deal on a car with only 1575 miles on it and flew out from MD to TX the very next day after the listing went up. What can I say about EchoPark? Well for one, their customer service is exceptional and their team is jam packed with professional and genuine people. I was working with Jordan and Cliff, and from the moment I started my inquiry about a Jeep Renegade they had, they were willing to work with me since I am currently living in California. I told them about my dilemma and how this is going to be my first vehicle purchase where I would need financial assistance. This kind of decision is very crucial, time consuming, and money consuming. I told them that I would be booking a flight so I could go see the car and look at it. I was blown away by their service and assistance during my trip over there. I didn't feel pressured into buying the car, even when they were holding the car for me. After much thought, I decided to buy the vehicle and I couldn't have been happier. Their extra coverage is also a HUGE bonus since it adds 75,000 more miles to your vehicle. Now, despite me being a mechanic myself and fixing all my previous cars without the help of dealers, it's a nice change of pace to be able to have the car parts and repairs covered if anything should happen to it! Which actually came in handy the day after I purchased the vehicle, the 'check engine' light came on, which got me concerned since I had just bought it and barely drove it home! BUT FEAR NOT! it was only a faulty thermostat and they fixed it the next day! They even covered the rental car charges but I didn't feel that I had bought something that was going to be a lemon. I am very happy with my purchase, I drove it from Texas to California a few days afterwards and have been happy with it ever since! This is the very first dealership that is unlike any other dealership that I've ever been too! I cannot recommend it enough for a vehicle purchase, first timer or not, definitely go here and seek out Jordan or Cliff. Anyone there will be more than happy to work with you and assist you!

I wish I could give EchoPark a 5 star review, but I can't. Our salesperson Mike was nice, but the closing experience itself was frustrating. I repeatedly asked to see the contract and total fees but they kept us waiting for over an hour and a half before showing it to us. While the car appeared to be a good deal, by the time all was said and done there was close to $4,000.00 in fees added to the purchase price (a large chunk of which went to the warranty they wouldn't tell me the actual price of). To make matters worse, the 2016 Subaru has spent more time in the shop for repairs in the month that I have owned it than my 2008 CRV did in the entire 6 years I owned it. Less than a week after purchasing the vehicle several service lights came on that required multiple trips to the dealership to fix. Its possible my experience was an anomaly, but I will not be returning to this dealership.

My 2016 Lexus ES 350 purchase at EchoPark was a perfect car buying experience. This was my 44th vehicle to purchase and I am so happy to have found Echo Park near me in New Braunfels. I researched nearly every 2016 Lexus ES 350 within 200 miles on several different car buying search sites and EchoPark had the best prices and the cleanest low miles leases return vehicles available. All of their vehicle descriptions were accurate and thorough with many great pictures. All of my top possible selections with the options I wanted were cars at Echo Park. Their cars were several thousand dollars cheaper and had much lower miles on them. The buying experience was exceptional also once I decided on the cars that I was interested in purchasing. I was extremely happy with my purchase from Echo Park. The system for buying a car they have in place is much more streamlined and easier than any dealer. 1) You work with one person, not 3 or 4. 2) They don't force things on you, like extra expenses and fees. 3) the time it takes is far less, if you've done your homework online to determine the car is one to your liking, you can test drive and finalize paperwork in half the time. I had an excellent experience at Echo Park buying my car, and the salesman who worked with me, Peter Molina, was great. After a horrible accident we needed a van big enough for our family of 6 fast that could hold 4 car seats. Javier was wonderful! Let me first say that we were treated well by Eric Harris when my mother and I went in to look at vehicles. However, a few things have happened that have made me decide to NOT put a good review on this dealership. During the signing process we were asked for the down payment that we supposedly said we had when it was not mentioned at all by either of us. Then they had to go back to again resubmit our paperwork which took us having to wait there an extremely long time. No one said any apologies for accusing us of saying we were going to pay down a certain amount or getting the paperwork wrong. Then after having the vehicle for two weeks we were contacted from TWO different lenders: Ally and Capital One. So now they are both saying we owe them a full car payment for ONE car when the first payment is due. We have contacted Eric and the financing department with no luck this far! If I could I would take back my business with them due to the lengthy and despicable process this has been. Do not buy here unless you want to be cheated and wronged.

I’d been looking to purchase a vehicle for a few months now, and i’d been car shopping at Hertz and Gillamans i did NOT have a good experience what so ever... but that’s another story. He had greeted us with a smile as soon as we came in, and showed us around the place,.. restrooms, kids area, ipad browsing area, and drink area, which they have a coffee machine that makes like 70 drinks?? yaaa. He kept in mind what our timeframe was, and also the main concerns i had regarding a vehicle, and had no problem accessing the cars and letting me take it for a spin. Everything was transparent and clearly explained to me by Daron as well as Richard one of the managers. The overall process was so smooth and they really do work with you as best they can. So now I’m sitting here charging my phone at a charging station, waiting on the car to be detailed and filled up with gas, and i’ll be off as a new car owner! 100% the best experience when buying a car. We traded in our 2016 Edge for a 2015 Explorer with less miles and for more room. "Woody" our sales rep was awesome. Very honest and nice. I grew up around salesman and dealerships so I can see right throw there tricks and Woody was as honest with me as he could be. All the sales team work together unlike most dealerships were it feels like a dog eat dog world. The trade, we took it to 3 different places and they all offered me 15k or less, Echo Park gave us $17500 for it and I assume they will sell it for around 19k witch is what the others would sell it for too....lastly they want you to use there banks to finance the loan, you don't have to but it is a hassle if you want to use your own bank. Here is what to do, go ahead with them and then in 2 or 3 months go to the bank you want and refi that thing. Really a great experience. They also have a kid play area and my 3.5 yr and 1 yr old had a blast witch made it easy for us to talk and do paper work.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life! Two days before, we traded in a vehicle at a well known dealership and it was a TEN HOUR process, with nonstop haggling and pushy sales people. At Echo Park, I walked in at 2pm and was on the highway in my husband’s MKZ by 4pm. Wow! Where do I even start? Their customer sevice gets knocked out of the park. We have purchased two cars at two different location within two years. In December we purchased my newest INFINITI G37. Since Echo Park services their cars before resale to the consumer I went 2 days ago to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Yes, it has been five months. The place I took my car to told my tires could not be rotated and that I had 2 different size tires on my car along with the fact that the metal was starting to show through on the rear tires and the alignment was off. They had me scared to death to drive my car and mad as heck that I was sold a car that was unsafe. I called Echo Park and chewed out the sales manager (Richard) and the service manager (Romell) regarding the infomation I was given. Right away both Richard and Romell stated they would do anything they can for me to make sure I was happy and my fears were put to rest. They valued me as a customer. Well I am happy to report that after a long conversation and learning all about my newest car, not ONLY was my car SAFE when I bought it, it turned out those guys at the oil place were just trying to scare me into almost 500.00 in tires and alighnment. I called and spoke with Romell again and apoligized for chewing him out the way I did. Richard, I am sorry too! During this whole ordeal Romell mainatined a superior level of professionalism and integrity. The service did not stop there. Romell has gone as far as working with me all day long to secure some new tires for my car at a price that cant be beat. I recently purchased a vehicle from Echopark in April, the total experience was good, well priced vehicle. My only compliant is that q they don't finance through federal credit unions which tend to have the best interest rates. Being my credit the day the purchase was very good the interest rate was disappointing which is the main reason it's not a 5 star 🌟 Update: 2 weeks after purchase my car battery went dead, load tested it & was reading 6volts (12volts is normal). I contacted Arnoldo in the service department regarding to the issue in which he was more than willing to help me out with the issue. He set me up the next business day to replace the battery, kuddos to Arnoldo! 👌

As a first time financer, We went in thinking they were going to try to screw us BUT, that was not the case at all. Although we didnt want to dealer financing, it worked out in the end. We got an amazing car that was only a year old and for a ridiculously great price!! Darren, our guide was super helpful and not pushy at all!! We told him exactly what we came for and we were in and out in 2 hrs!! It was great and i got to drive my car home that day. I'm glad we went when we did because they had just lowered the price on the car and not even 20 mins after we signed, a young lady came in wanting the same car!! I cant say enough great things. Very deceptive. Test drove a Kia Sorento. Was brought out an approval for financing with Ally Bank with no verbal explanations and a rush to sign it. Every option such as warranty, gap, and fabric and paint protection was added. When I asked them to remove those things, they said that they were required for my financing approval. I told them I didn't want those things, and they then proceeded to deny me. This is a warranty farm in collusion with Ally bank. Be careful. Would never trust them again. I am reading other reviews of people experiencing the same thing. I have reported this to the Texas Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I encourage anyone else that has experienced this to do the same. With enough reports, they will have to answer to the authorities for this. Forced Finance and Insurance products as a prerequisite to financing is illegal. Guess who sells the warranties? Ally. Don't buy their warranty and they reject you. So you aren't only getting a bad rate, but also a huge write up on the price. I have a guy that can pretty much replace everything on a car for the price of their warranty. Google Ally, EchoPark, and Sonic and you'll see exactly what is going on here. Seems counterintuitive that someone would get a rejection for refusing a warranty and instead putting the large down payment into the equity of the vehicle until you realize the cushy relationship here between Ally and EchoPark. Complete scam. Should be investigated, shut down, and run out of Texas.

So basically your are buying an almost new car for half the price. All the employees are on salary and not competing with each other for commissions which makes for a very pleasant environment. My sales representative was Daron Esquivel and he couldn't have been more positive and helpful. After I had paid for my car he brought over a colleague, Rommel Echauri, who had encyclopedic-like knowledge about the make of car I bought. They were both upbeat and clearly enjoyed helping my wife and I out. A great place where you can buy any car you want for half the price.

I bought a used SUV here about a month ago. The woman (Marisol) in charge of the paperwork unfortunately misspelled my last name. I didn't catch it until I got home. I called them to alert them to the error and had to drive 3 hours round trip to correct it. Today my plates and registration came in and guess what? They didn't bother sending in the corrected version that I drove 3 hours to sign. After calling their office 3 times today, I finally got an answer and they told me I'd have to go down to the county to fix it. So now I have to waste more of my time on their mistakes. They have offered me NOTHING for this mistake. I will never recommend them to anyone and will make sure everyone I know knows how much they don't value their customers.

I will continue to relay our experience to everyone I know and will meet in the future. If a person has 75% in cashier check made out to the auto dealership and outside financing, they will continue to use high pressure sales with different people coming at you using manipulation tactics. Having driven over 5 hours and remaining there for 3 hours was not a game for me to play with them. I wasted my PTO and gas money because I was going to get the car. Once they realized they could not make money off of financing. They ignored us, mainly the manager. I received follow-up calls from another one with apologies but possibly it was just protocol. I did call him back but heard nothing until the next day. I had already returned the cashier check to my credit union. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews and red flags that kept coming up but I didn't and I own that. I abide by a moral compass and am still surprised though when others don't. It was one of those life lessons. No, I would advise others to take their chances elsewhere.

This was our second purchase from an EchoPark dealer and I would recommend to anyone in the market for a "gently used" vehicle. Sales team is not on commission and the listed price is non-negotiable so a lot of the hassle of buying a car is gone. Everything inside was nice and high-tech. Overall, it was a great experience. The only issue we ran into was that they only accept cash, a cashier's check or a debit card (which have daily limits) for a down payment which we weren't prepared for.

My experience at EchoPark in Colorado Springs was astounding. The employees are non-commission sales-people and they have an amazing selection of pre-owned vehicles often priced well under KBB value. My husband and I recently bought two Infinitis from this dealership: a QX50 and a Q50. Sam helped us with the QX50 and we found him to be very helpful and professional. I do think that this dealership has very good deals on cars - believe me I shopped around. There is no "making a deal" here - the price is what the price is. One negative is that when we bought the Q50, we wanted to pay cash but it was a weekend and we couldn't get the money transferred. The guy who was helping us told us we could finance through our credit union and just go in and pay it off the following week. To make a long story short, that is not true and it turned out to be a big hassle. It took weeks to get it straightened out. Other than that, it was an ok experience.

My experience was superb at this dealership. It didn't feel like a dealership at all. Didn't have to worry about haggling as the price was already below anything comparable. They also never tried to sell me a more expensive vehicle. From start to finish I have no complaints, could not have asked for anything better. Brett was extremely helpful and professional. I can not recommend EchoPark enough. I would scream it from the rooftop if I could! In and out under an hour and half. Daphne was amazing! She made the process fun and stress free. We actually had all of our documents ready to go (highly recommend to go ahead and work on pre qualifying before heading in so you know what you are working with) and we had our car in mind. After a ton of research, we already knew that was “the one” and Daphne did not pressure us to try another one out and m appreciated that we had our ducks in a row so to speak. Side note, had you told me yesterday that we would have a new (to us) car sitting in our driveway, I would have laughed at you! I was just pursuing the recently added when I saw the car we have been wanting, clicked interested and within seconds had a call lol. It was spectacular!! No stress to purchase so it was actually FUN to buy a new car! Sam was a great help and so patient with me as I was in between 3 cars and narrowing down my choice. The only downside was that I was there for 3 hours and I had done all my finance application stuff the night before I went in.

At first I only went here because they had a car I was interested in. I didn't know anything about them. But now I know they have very good prices, they are super easy to work with and they genuinely have a customer first philosophy; all things I consider rare in the auto industry. WORST company I have ever done business with. Nothing but issues straight from the beginning. The office did my paperwork wrong 3 times causing me to have to go back to drive from Denver on 3 separate occasions. The vehicle needed new brakes at the time of purchase. The company paid for the replacement but was incorrectly completed causing me to have to drive to Colorado springs for a 4th time to get the brakes worked on AGAIN. At the time of sale the salesman sold me the warranty under the understanding that I could get fully refunded should I choose to purchase a warranty from a different company. Overall the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. If I could give this location less than a 1 start rating I would.

Had a great experience overall. The only negative is that I came and no acknowledged me. I felt a little uncomfortable. Salesman was awesome. Also they DO NOT vary from list price. A non-commission dealer.

i've done a lot of business here in the past and have always recomended this company, i went in yesterday to sell a vehicle. i was lowballed, i'm talking 1/4 the vehicle's trade in value. this place has changed into another slimy dealership that tries to pray on people. never used to be like this.

Somehow, the key for my vehicle fell out after we started the car and drove away only to find out when we parked the car for the Bronco game. We didn't have the key to the car and it wouldn't start. Shopping around for a vehicle was super stressful, especially because the vehicle I wanted was JUST outside of my price range. After placing my name on a waiting list and told it would be an hour, I get the call a salesperson is ready. I head straight back over to be told the salesperson couldn’t wait the 10 minutes and was with another customer. They gave me the keys to the car I wanted to test drive and left. So my pregnant self with my other child pulled out my car seat, drug it through the parking lot and installed it. We test drove it and liked it a lot. When the new salesman arrived we talked for a bit about the vehicle and I was asking about the pricing information and trade in information, was told they wouldn’t move forward as I didn’t have POA, I mentioned I have purchased two vehicles in CO without POA and was told it wasn’t true or the other dealerships forged documents (doubtful). Then he casually mentioned it would be harder to do without POA if I was a stay at home mom. Thank you kind sir for assuming I don’t work. The car wasn’t even detailed as I pulled out an old dried up banana peel from under the front seat, and it hadn’t been cleaned like other dealerships that offer pristine used cars. I was not impressed at all and would not recommend to females or fellow military personnel.

My wife and I worked with Bret and Joey, and they were so great! They weren’t at all concerned with how expensive the car we bought was. They wanted to know what features fit us best and helped match us with our Nissan Rogue. They were patient as we discussed and picked a car, and honest about the cars we looked at. Knocked down a star because I called beforehand to see, if we were paying cash, if we could bring a personal check. Was told we could. But when we got to dealership they said cashier's check only. So we couldn't buy the car until the bank was open again on Monday. So much for advance preparation. Car also only had one key - expensive and a pain to make another. Otherwise, car itself seems great and Braeden was a great salesman. Love the no-pressure/no-commission concept.

Overall good experience with the Colorado Springs location. The website needs work as I’m still getting emails from other echo park locations due to the fact if you like a vehicle each individual dealer contacts you. They also don’t ship vehicles to different locations, which isn’t clear why they show every vehicle in there inventory. I’d still buy from them again, but understanding the shortfalls of their system.

Recently purchased a vehicle after relocating from out of town. The sales model that EchoPark offers is efficient and stress-free. The vehicles available are in excellent condition and offer tremendous value over purchasing new. Anthony was exceptionally helpful, not only with the vehicle, but with local recommendations as well. Brent and Daphne were fantastic. My wife and I didn't feel pressured at all, they were very patient as we went back and forth through several vehicles and test drives. Overall, my experience was pretty good. I got a 2016 Nissan Sentra, which is in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with the vehicles at EchoPark Colorado Springs. The reason for my lower rating was due to the customer service, which wasn't poor, but it also wasn't outstanding. I hope the other salesman at this location don't forget about their clients, become rudely pushy or partake in unethical practices, and if my hopes are truth, I highly reccomend EP to people who want a lightly used vehicle! Long story, not so short..... After inquiring about the vehicle through CarFax, Ryan contacted me. He was great over the phone, but since I wouldn't be able to come in until Friday, he said he'd send me an email on Thursday with what I need to bring, which was fine. Thursday afternoon rolled around and I did not get an email. It felt like he forgot about his client :(. I was still able to get the email from Demara (she was really awesome, she's one exception to my ok rating). So my boyfriend and I show up at EP about 15 mins early for our 11:00 meeting with Ryan. To our surprise, we were told Ryan doesn't come in until noon on Friday. What disappointed me was that he scheduled the appointment with me, yet he forgot about me..again. The great thing was that the other salesman there were able to get us taken care of, and that's where Sam came in. Sam was good, he was patient with me and answered my questions. However, when it came to the financing part where he was trying to sell me the $3,189 extended warranty, I ran into a problem with him. I get it, salesman will be salesman, they're kind of cocky jerks -- understandable. But for a company that brags about how their employees are not commission-based, this was pretty disappointing. When I told him "you know, I just don't think I'll need it," he goes "what, do you think you'll just get lucky?" I get that in sales you are told to push, but that was just rude. So I told him I'd rather save that $3k so that IF something were to go wrong, I can just use that money. He kept droning on and on about how I should be worried about something going wrong, which it shouldn't in such a young car. In addition, everytime I would ask a question regarding financing without the extended warranty, he wouldn't directly answer my question, then kept repeating himself on how "great" the warranty is. So even if these people aren't commission-BASED, they definitely still earn some commission from selling warranties. After Sam finally gave up on trying to sell me the warranty, we started signing papers. Unfortunately, he was rushing me while I was reading through what I was signing, which I have the right to do. This practice is very unethical, and it's unfortunate that he took part in it. As well as rushing the paperwork, when I was signing forms on the tablet, he would scroll to the bottom while I was reading through the form before signing. Very, very sleazy.

I'm extremely happy with my choice to purchase a car here. I was looking for a specific vehicle and this location had the best deal by far. They have quality cars and my salesman Ron Young is the absolute best. He took the stress out of the typical car buying process and has a great personality. I highly recommend considering this dealership when looking for your next vehicle.

So you can go around the whole lot, when you find a car or cars you like you go to the sales office and they will take care of you. Another great part about the experience is that you will not have to wait for a finance person the sales person takes care of everything. When we pay a car again we will go back there. We also will refer Family and Friends and I know there cheaper than regular car dealers we checked

We bought our car from Sam here about 2 weeks ago and the process was so refreshing for what we all know of what car shopping is like. We arrived and it is a really busy place! We were put on a list to wait for an available salesman to assist us, in the meantime we went out and browsed the lot. Sam came up and greeted us within about 10-15 minutes and introduced himself, explained how echopark worked and we were immediately able to start looking at cars we had picked out. Sam was super helpful and friendly in explaining key features, price and space in each SUV we looked at.. he was really patient with us as we also had to try out carseats out in the car before any test drives happened. After about 10 cars we narrowed it down to a few and were able to go on a drive. We found one we fell in love with and the process from start to finish was unlike anything I've ever gone through with purchasing a vehicle. Easy, never felt pushed, friendly and we are extremely happy our purchase from Sam and Echopark!

It was pure happenstance that we found this place. I was intrested in buying a used car, and went to Car Grurus App to search. I saw a car that I liked, and it was at Echo Park Automotive. So we drove up and was met by Sam, a very low key guy who was perfect for us and buying, he briefed us in how the experience was going to work, with no haggling, and all cars were below KBB. I told him I saw a car on the car guru's app, we looked up the inventory on his iPad and he said he'd be back. He pulled up opened everything up and asked if we wanted to take it for a drive. Literally 10 mins from walking in we were test driving a car. When we returned we talked numbers. Figured out where we wanted to be and how to get there. We filled out our application on his iPad and then he said he'd be back. Got approved, signed a bunch of stuff. In the meanwhile they washed and spot vacuumed the car, checked the air pressure and got it ready. I was handed the keys and we were done. Literally 3 hours smooth as silk and I'm a happy owner of a used car. If everything could be this easy. They had drinks, coffee, xbox for my son and a setting that will put you at ease through process. I definitely will reccomend other ppl to buy their used car from Echo Park Automotive!!

Great experience purchasing my vehicle. Tyler was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the process less stressful than other car buying experiences in the past. We liked the up front price, trade in value, and financing with no haggling at all.

We bought our first car in May and at first, we were very pleased. Then we started to notice the car wasn't detailed well at all, including a sticky red spill in the back seat. They didn't have the Bill of Sale signed by both of us and have to now send yet another one to be signed (this is the third one sent after the initial one). When I went to the Co. Clerk's office to license the car, they had to send back paperwork and verify the names of the prior dealership because the names didn't match. Its been really frustrating and to make matters worse, a piece of the trim above the door fell off.

Had a great experience here buying a car with Hannah as our guide. I felt comfortable the whole time and loved not having to negotiate or wonder if we were getting a deal or not. No pushy sales people who transfer you to their sales manager, or to their finance manager. We worked with Hannah through the whole thing and no one else which was great. Easy, anxiety free experience from start to finish!

We recently bought a 2016 Tacoma over 30K and had the worst experience since. After multiple sales reps nothing was explained- no one said it had one key and did not explain warranty. We have had two leaks since purchasing- one that almost blew motor! They did not explain ANYTHING like Ally provided the extra two month warranty. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Best Car Shopping Experience Ever Justin the sales rep was incredibly polite, courteous, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The facility was so pleasing and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy. The sales approach is no pressure, prices are below Kelly Blue Book and the vehicles to choose from are newer models, low mileage and exceptionally clean with clean records, service records, mostly 1 owner and truly great value. I initially thought "whats the catch " for such excellent prices but turns out no catch, just great vehicles at great prices, great service, excellent knowledge and no pressure. We will shop here again and we will recommend to others.

First impression is the facility, absolutely beautiful, welcoming, modern, clean, spacious. Next impressions are the staff in signing in and feeling welcome/greetings. Third impression is the initial greeting and communication in the sales rep understanding what you are looking for and no pressure in trying to find you anything you are not looking for. The sales person we had (Justin) was incredibly knowledgeable and informative of each vehicle we were interested. He listened and took time to hear what we were looking for and budget. I had never heard of this dealer prior to today and this dealer will now, going forward be our first choice for all future vehicle purchases. The extended warranty and car car options were some of the best in the industry and the coverages were beyond anything any dealer previously had offered and the prices were really truly reasonable. No pressure at all during any of the price, just genuine people who really wanted to help. The experience we had at EchoPark Jamboree location was nothing like any other dealership. Our agent Justin Sabojinski( had to use your card to try and not butcher your last name😁) he greeted us right away and was accommodating with our kids. He explained details in a simple and clear way. And by the way, he's not commission. It's a very friendly non pushy process. Would highly recommend.

The purchase process went extremely well. We told the sales person what we wanted as far as a vehicle, options that we required, mileage range on the vehicle, our price range with trade-in and we would pay cash for the balance. We were within a $1,000 of our goal and we split the difference with the auto dealer to make the sale/purchase possible. Paperwork was a breeze and a few days later we brought in our title and check and we picked up our 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport and drove away. After looking around for a couple of months we got a newer vehicle, with less miles and at a lower price. Okay.....so why no 5 Star rating? The vehicle was clean on the outside but the seats had spots and stains on them that just required a little scrubbing and cleaning on my part. There was paper trash in the pockets behind the front seat that needed to be vacuumed out. These vehicles have plastic/rubber fenders and bumper cover that have a tendency to fade over time and the use of a Trim & Plastic Restorer when cleaning the vehicle would have gone a long way to improve the overall appearance. We asked about the vehicle inspection and they referred to their 150 point inspection. If that's the case then they should have noticed that the seat belt in the center of the backseat didn't extend or retract. That's a safety issue and should have been identified and corrected. After jerking on the seat belt and twisting the belt inside the backseat for half an hour the problem was finally fixed. Overall.....we got the vehicle we wanted, at the right price and with a little work on my part, I'm very satisfied!! gw

I had previously brought my daughter to this location to look at vehicles, she did not buy, but we had such a great experience that when it was time for me, I sought Brett out specifically. Brett was outstanding. Explained the process thoroughly and worked hard to get the numbers where I needed them. Very knowledgeable on all the products offered. Not the time consuming numbers game the other dealerships like to play for hours. We will be back the next time we need to buy!

Fastest pain-free car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no phone calls, no meeting the sales manager or other random BS. Price was upfront without any ridiculous add-on fees. After our talk, I came back a couple of weeks later to close a deal on my future car, a 2016 Honda Civic. I was very pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this place. Loved that the price was significantly lower than nearby contenders. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to make a same day appointment and leave with the vehicle I wanted within an hour. One thing I really liked is that there was no hassle with 'fee fees' and finance was not pushy about warranties. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend to my family/friends.

The experience was overall really easy and great. The no negotiating was good except they wouldn't even talk about their offer for our car. The salesman had to go with us, which meant we couldn't ride in the passenger seat for the test drive, because we had two car seats in the back seat. He also talked so much my husband and I didn't really have time to talk about the car. Sometimes I felt he was trying to distract is from critiquing the car. While they don't make commission on the car, they do have to have some kick back on the warranty package, because the salesman really hounded us for that. I don't like when I have to say no five times to the same things. When we finally made it clear we weren't buying anything added, his attitude towards us was not as friendly and he still kept making up stories of why we'll regret not buying the extended warranty. And some of the details or reasonings he was trying to sell are not actuate facts. The loan documents were extremely slow and he wouldn't give us an estimated time or anything. It was lunch time and we have twice little kids who needed to eat. We just needed to know a guess so we could get lunch and come back to finish or stay. Then he gave no instruction when we started signing the bill of sale, so naturally my husband printed his name where it says and went to sign it. The salesman made a big deal of taking it away and wriping it up very dramatically because they type in the name. Well, we were not told that. Overall good. We'll go to echo Park again, but we won't be using the same salesman.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. No pressure and they really just want to have fun while helping you find the right car. Anthony was super personable and JT really went to bat to get me the best interest rate. James was accommodating when doing his appraisal which I really appreciated. This is by far the way to go for a 21st century shopping experience. In comparison to "internet sales" from a typical main stream dealer or the new Vroom and Carvana this was the best for knowing you are getting the best price for seeing car in person. They deliver clean "new used" vehicles and their model is better than Carfax which I am not a fan over (they dont give you what your trade is worth). I got the highest appraisal from EP I truly dont know how they do it but happy I found them. In closing Anthony has been stellar with his post sales follow up which makes me cant wait to refer more buyers-my Neighbor already plans to come see him at the end of summer she was so impressed with my buy!

I helped my mom purchase a car from Echo Park, and even though it wasnt me purchasing the vehicle, it was one of my best vehicle purchasing experiences. Im used to conventional car sales representatives, so i came to be my moms muscle and make sure she didnt get taken advantage of. From the get go, our salesman Bret MacMillan was friendly and kind to my mom despite my rough demeanor. He answered questions and there was no pressure on my mom to purchase. Bret couldnt help us finish the sale due, to us having to run to the bank, but Sam Shadeed helped us the rest of the way, and was equally pleasant and helpful. Everything was great! Bret was amazing! He explained everything well, helped us quickly and even gave us advice on our new vehicle.

Our first visit was great! No pressure very relaxed and comfortable. When I called the next day, our sales rep was off so the new guy irritated me within 30 seconds, and it did not improve at all. At one point, my wife and I were going to leave. We were already purchasing the car and this guy almost ran us out! I confronted him and he calmed down a little. But when I came back for the car, he still hadn't put the temporary tag on, which he wound up breaking the bracket. I ended up just leaving with only one screw on the plate. My wife was in an accident and the entire second experience was overshadowed by the second sales rep.

Staff was courteous and helpful. We got the vehicle we wanted and a fair price. Service was efficient. Staff went over the paper work in a clear and understandable manner. Two disappointments were car came with only one set of keys. I think Echo Park should go ahead and have the second set made saving me the hassle of doing so after delivery. There was some damage that was more than superficial. This should have been disclosed rather my discovering it near the end of the process when I had the cashier's check, etc.

Buying experience was great and car runs great. I have had car for a month put about 1,000 or less miles on a car brakes went bad and calibers are completely rusted. When I was told car was fully inspected and all major and minor maintenance was completed.

However, if you want a fairly new vehicle in good condition without any pushiness or negotiations then this is your place. We bought our car from Echo Park in Denver, not Co Springs, but Echo Park is great. We were in and out rather fast - for buying a car and the staff is very very nice. They do put a lot of pressure to buy an auto coverage plan. If you want one then get it. if you don't just flatly state that. they will likely bring in a manager to try to sell it to you, but stick to your guns - unless you want one and then buy it on an interest free program. There does not seem to be any room for negotiations except for maybe floor mats or an extra key fob. You do get free car washes for the life of the car!

While I did not purchase my car from EchoPark, I’ve been using their “24/7 Complimentary Car Charging” stations, which I asked to make sure it was okay to use beforehand, since I bought my car. Apparently signage means nothing, though, as a gentleman came out and threatened to tow my car if I used their chargers again. Rather unfortunate we couldn’t have come to some kind of compromise. Not sure when I will be in the market for a new car again, but EchoPark will not be on the list of dealerships I consider buying from thanks to him. People skills and first impressions go a long way, that gentleman would do well to keep that in mind next time he approaches a stranger.

I’m not sure why I thought giving echo park a second chance was a good idea.. I had a horrible experience in the Thornton location after driving off with my new vehicle and finding out each day after I was already home why I still owed echo park more from trading in my vehicle that I had sold them? Would not recommend Siobhan.. Unfortunately I was in a bad accident where a commercial bus totaled my new vehicle after only 5 months of having it... yesterday I went in to look at the same vehicle and was told I wouldn’t be able to finance with them even though I just did 5 months prior with them. TJ and Bret told me that they are usually more then helpful for difficult situations like my own but they still seemed to write me off as some sort of child for having more than one form of income. Maybe it was my fault for going back and falling for their ‘we can help you no matter what attitude,’ but honestly it just reminded of how unimportant you feel when You enter an Apple Store.. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
