very pleasant environment. enjoyable surroundings and we really loved the individual seating with screens and monitors to view vehicles on the wall. total of 2 and 1/2 hours from start to finish. loved that.

I've had a very good overall experience. The tint on my window was scratched when the porter took the dealer sticker off; I notified them when they did a follow up to see how I was enjoying my car. I was contacted by the service dept within a half hour and arrangements were made to get my tint redone on the scratched window within a day. I was contacted by the same service tech to see how my window turned out. I told him the window was great but the company had left the material around my door dirty. He asked me to bring my car in at my convenience and when I did, he cleaned it himself. My experience with EchoPark has been great; I only give them 4 stars because I feel like the sales guy should have followed up with me and I don't think he was as knowledgeable as he should of been. BUT the service guy and the free car washes make up for it. I feel like I bought a great car, that I love!

Bought a car and had mechanical problems the next day and echo park repaired problem immediately, at no extra expense to me.

Not happy went to buy a new car and the one i wanted was having issues with it shaking and the breaks so we brought it over to the service department were they performed services we didnt ask for and did not preform services i asked for so 3 hours later the car has more problems then befor not a good places. ***update when in again to got all the problems fixed. Repairs took longer then expected and quoted and the vehicle is still not 100%. Brakes still pulse when braking. Be cautious of this dealership vehicle should be ready to go not have to be worked on for multiple days before you can actually drive them

Echo Park Service has been a positive experience. When my windshield was broken they were able to service my car 3 days later. So, intead of taking the car to another place for service, I will continue to take the Audi I purchased at Echo Park to them.

Very nice sales staff. Very helpful, but sometimes they don't always volunteer all the information about the car. Hence the deduction of 1 star. That's not to say there not up front about the car, it's that you need to make sure you ask all the questions about the car. I would definitely buy another car from them. We recently purchased a Kia Sportage from EchoPark and while they were putting on our temporary plates in the license plate holder (that has the company name on it) that they installed with the wrong screws, they put a hole in the bumper trying to get the screws out. They put wood screws in where machine screws should go. While they did solve the problem, we had to bring the car back so they could fix it which cost us time & money. We have also had to bring the car back to get the passenger side window fixed. The service department (Steve & crew) have restored our faith in EchoPark with their professionalism & courtesy! We appreciate getting a whole new bumper (not a quick/sloppy fix). Hopefully the sales department can take example from the service department & realize that courtesy is still key even when things go wrong (as they did after the sale was complete when the bumper was damaged). Thanks Steve & crew for your help & easing our mind that we have purchased a good car from EchoPark!

When they say no pressure, they mean it. There are hundreds of cars and all of them are high quality. I worked with JD over the course of a couple weeks to find the right car for me. He never hassled me, was always very respectful, and found the perfect car.

My initial feeling for echo park was that it was an inviting non pressure dealership that didn't haggle.. Then the problems came.. My car was sold to me with old tires with dry rot.. The front tires began to fall apart after 5,000 miles which could have killed me and the passengers in my car if traveling at a high rate of speed.. I brought my car back to echo park to show them the problem and the best they said they could do for me is pay to replace 2 of the tires and send me to discount to get the work done.. This shows me that they really don't care about the safety or well being of their customers.. There true care is money and the stability of there company. I tried to tell them that this was unsatisfactory and they offered me two free oil changes instead of insuring my safety and going above and beyond to correct this issue. I will never buy another vehicle from echo park and anyone I come into contact with in the future looking to buy a car I will share my halacious experience..

I had heard such good things about echopark that i swung by on thursday just to see what they had. I found a very nice 02 trailblazer right in my price range so i got the attention of one of the employees and asked if i could take a look at it. He let me look at it and i was very impressed so i asked to see the carfax and if i could take it for a test drive. We went inside and he showed me the carfax and informed me that he was sorry to tell me it had been reserved for a test drive the next day in stapleton. I let him know that there was no need to be sorry i swung in on whim without a appointment so i understood. I gave him my contact info and he told me he would call me tomorrow and let me know if it sold or not. Friday i get a call about noon from their callcenter to inform me it had not sold so if i wanted to set a appointment for a test drive i could and it would be reserved for me. I let them know that i didn't have a car to come by that day but would like to set a appointment for 4:30 on saturday after i got off work and they made my appointment. 2 hours later i get a call again and was informed that someone had just made a appointment for 1:00 on saturday and since i made my appointment more than 24 hours out that they couldn't hold it that long and my appointment was no longer valid. I was not informed of the 24 hour rule and let them know if i had i would of figured out a way to drive it today so i asked if there was anyway i could drive it today still. I was then put on hold while i looked into it. A few minutes later i was informed i could not because the manager in littleton would not release the vehicle for me to drive cause it was the only vehicle his customer wanted to see. When i informed them it was the only one i had interest in i was just told they were sorry but i would have to just hope it didn't get sold. Come saturday i was informed my appointment was still there by echopark thornton and that i could still drive the trailblazer. So when i got off work i called to make sure all this was true but was informed the trailblazer was being test drove in littleton and all signs point to them buying it. By 4:30 it had sold and i was left to keep looking. By the end of saturday echopark had made me feel like i wasn't as important as another customer. Since i wrote my review of my experience Joe and Josh the managers at echopark in thornton have reached out to me to try and correct what they could for me. They were willing to do what they could to work with me and get me into a car in my budget and made sure i could see any vehicles i was interested in. Unfortunately though through no fault of theirs we were unable to find a vehicle that suited my needs and was in my price range. To their credit though they did everything within reason to try and fix this and that says alot to me. Alot of places wouldn't of but they cared enough to reach out to me. So i have since changed my rating for them based on the effort tgey gave to right the wrong.

I bought my Nissian Murano from Echo Park last summer and have had an excellent experience there. The car buying experience was low-pressure, with a knowledgable and patient salesman. Because they don't work on commission, the experience was different and better than I had ever had. I love the car, and have had it serviced (oil changes and regular maintenance) twice. The service garage is clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and polite. They explain everything and take the time to make sure you really know your car. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish as pleasant as car buying could be. Me salesperson Bre Epps was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. There were really only 3 cars that fit my price range and other requirements and with here tablet she found them quickly. As we were driving around she was able to accurately give me payment and financing options. Never been to a no haggle pricing lot but it was all efficiently handled and I got a car I very quickly enjoy driving. Whole process to about 31/2 hours. Might have paid a little to much? Not really sure but I'm happy with the whole experience. Bre explained how they price the car using various pricing models but the final result was low money down (770) in a $9000 car with a $200 / month payment 4 year loan at 5.8%. All good

Best experience buying a car I can imagine. Bill Thaxton was polite, funny and patient. I originally wanted to trade in my lease but found I have negative equity on it. Instead of trying to get more money out of me, they suggested I save myself a couple thousand and just return the car and then buy the new car. Ended up buying a 3 year old Jeep on great condition. Car shopping is worst than going to the dentist for me but EchoPark was actually somewhat enjoyable! I only dealt with Bill the entire time (who was awesome!) and most everything was done via iPad. If you want a great deal without having the haggle over price or pushy salesman, this is the place to go!

I was tasked with finding a new car after my insurance totaled out my Impreza due to last month's hail storm. Shaun Satterfield rode along for my test drive and gave me a little information about the vehicle and EchoPark. I was not aware prior to walking onto the lot that the salespeople are salaried and, therefore, aren't pressuring into something you don't want and can't afford. Other than taking a bit longer than I had hoped, the process was relatively quick and easy. They were even understanding that I needed to hold out for my insurance payoff before making my down payment. I would definitely recommend EchoPark and will check into them again in the future.

Echo Park was great. Shaun helped us and he was awesome. He wasn't pushy, he was patient, he did his best to commandeer a golf cart to drive my pregnant wife and I between cars. There's no haggle which means they don't do deals for anything you can bring to the table, but the price was fair and there weren't any added fees so what you see is what you pay plus taxes. But the experience at Echo Park was quite the opposite. It was a hassle free and enjoyable experience. Shaun Satterfield showed us a variety of cars within our price range and he worked diligently to show us exactly what we wanted to see as well as answering a plethora of questions. I like the 90 day warranty, the free car fax, and the 7 day return policy. When buying used.....this helps build confidence that you are not making a mistake. Signing the docs went smooth and I walked away with the car I wanted at a price (no haggle) that was fair.

It was nice to see just a variety of choices in make, model and price range. Don't waste your time there like we did. According to their website, the car we wanted to see was on their inventory and was there. We waited an hour while the sale person (Spencer) drove around and around to find the car that was not there. (Update 5-27-17) After posting the previous review, Joe (sales manager) contacted us immediately and explained what happened. The car was sent that morning to another EchoPark and the internet system did not update in time. Joe made things right and convinced us to come back. He had the car shipped back for us to look at. We were very appreciative of the customer service that he provided and we are now working with EchoPark to find a new car. Thank you Joe and Shawn for helping us out today.

I've never had so much fun buying a car. Sherif was a blast and a pleasure to work with. Before coming to EchoPark, we spent the day going to different dealers. ugh, what a difference. there is so much pressure on you at dealerships and I always feel like they cant wait to be done with me and move onto the next. But with Sherif, it felt like we were BFFs and that he just wanted us to find the car we liked. That's why I love EchoPark's no haggle, no commission model because it makes the customer service experience way more casual and fun. And, actually buying the car was a breeze. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. From the time I walked in to do a test drive, tot he time I drove out with the car was only 3 hours - and they were very busy that day. The staff is very friendly and up front, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The best experience I have had buying a car. I had to buy a new car due to mine being totalled out due to hail storm. I was not looking forward to going thru that awful experience with car salesman and dealers. Echo Park changed all that. Michael was the best , very friendly and helpful. Not once did he say what is it going to take to put you in this car today or are you ready to buy, things I have always heard at other dealers. There was no pressure and everything was explained before we signed. Whole purchase took less than 1 and a half hour. My daughter and I had a great time getting our oil change at Echo Park. They had a walkie talkie set up with the service tech doing our oil change and he talked through the entire process with my daughter! Sales experience was very good. Fast, no hassle. The vehicle I bought had to have $1300 worth of repairs less than 60 days after purchase, and was caught by the Ford dealer when changing the oil. Items that were in much needed repair dealt with the suspension and handling of the vehicle. At first the dealership management was difficult to deal with, and really didn't wan to help. After speaking with the General Manager the issue was handled to the satisfaction of not only myself, but in the best interest of the dealership as well. Aubrey was extremely helpful, and willing to listen. He provided the personal aspect of the sale that wasn't provided. I appreciate the time he took to rectify the situation. I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take just over an hour. It took 2 hours. I watched the work on my truck. The tire rotation was not done correctly. The first 30 minutes it sat in the stall the only thing the tech did was put washer fluid in the reservoir. Since my first review Joe a manger there contacted me quickly. He reversed my charges and gave me a free oil change next time. Thanks for the courtesy and attention. That is what changed my review to a 5.

Our salesperson Shaun was great. We knew what we were looking for and found it. However, closing the deal was another thing. We ended up with a different salesperson who wasn't as friendly as Shaun and outgoing, this other salesperson was more of the closer type personality. During the closing of the deal we were informed their was only one key for the car and they would sell us the second key at their cost. What are we supposed to do at that point when all the papers were signed? I feel it was very shifty on their part not to throw the second key for the vehicle in to the deal instead of making us pay over $300 for it! We will just go with one key at this point. Very disappointed. UPDATE as of 4/25/2017 Joe the manager of Echo Park Thornton has gone above and beyond! He didn't seem to be aware that there was only one key for my BMW X5. He reached out to me to let me know that they ordered the second key for me and are taking care of the cost ($285). Secondly, we learned that there was an adapter missing in the vehicle to make it Sirius XM compatible which they are also paying over $700 to get the part and program/install it at no cost to me. In the past day and a half, they (Joe) have proven that they really do care about the relationship they have with their customer and the quality of vehicles they are putting out in the market. Wyatt in the Service Department is just as wonderful, he showed me items on my car I didn't even know how to work! Highly recommend Echo Park Thornton!!

Great service without the pressure of a regular dealership. Had my car valued quickly within an hour, and let George know that I was interested in a car at their Highlands Ranch location. He arranged for the car to be brought to 104th and called me when it arrived. The purchase itself was done within an hour of the test drive. After dealing with vultures at other dealerships many times, I was not very receptive to even going and looking at a vehicle. I did all of my shopping online them set up my initial appointment to go look around and test drive. Travis was the first associate I dealt with and he did an awesome job. 2 weeks later, when I finally decided to make a purchase, travis was off and Brie was the associate that assisted. She also did an amazing job. I've already recommended Echo Park, Travis and Brie to several friends of mine who are also in the market for new vehicles.

Echo Park was great. Upon arrive I was not prayed upon like many other dealers previous. The environment inside and out was very relaxing and inviting. I would recommend working with Bill or JD as they were both very helpful and didn't feel any pressure from either reps what - so - ever. I will mention that the second sales man we worked with by the name of Shakar (spelling could be off) was not very pleasant to work with. The little time we spent with him made us feel like we're an inconvenience. Luckily for us Bill happened to step in and take over and he was great. The people aren't pushy and let you operate on your own time which I loved. I love my truck and I really enjoyed the sales associate that helped us with test driving my truck he told me I could test everything on the truck but the air bags. He let me look it over top to bottom and didn't mind that I got under it too.

Honestly the easiest way to buy a car. I love that they are straight salary based and that they explain that to you! My wife and I didn't feel pressured at all and Spencer took great care of us. Let us test drive at least 15 cars just to see what my wife really wanted and he stayed patient the whole time. Once we chose a car we put it on hold and came back the next day and Spencer and Steven walked us through step by step on what we were getting our selves into sense this was our first car together. Is was about an hour or so of signing some paper work not to long honestly I've heard of it taking 3 to 4 hours. But not here!!! We took the car home and noticed that it shook a little bit so over then next couple days we took it back up there and had them take a look at it whytte from the service team was awesome also he tried to make us feel as comfortable with leaving our new car back up there his service team got the shake fixed and even rewashed our car hahaha which was awesome!!!! Over the past two weeks, I have had the pleasure of working with Brandon at the Thornton location. He has gone above and beyond helping me find my next vehicle. I truly felt like he was a friend helping me along the typically dreaded process, rather than a salesman. The employees here are not commission based, so they are more like educators - educating us on each of the new potential vehicles. Found a pickup for my sister at their south location, they moved the pickup to thornton for us to make it more convenient to go look at, pick up was in amazing shape for a 2003, they go over all the vehicles with a 80 or 90 point ck list, it had new suspension parts and all new tires including the spare. They have a ton of vehicles that all looked to be of really high quality. The buying experience was amazing, they do not work on commission so their vehicles are priced fairly from the start. No high pressure crap, no fighting about price ( we tried lol). They have a ton of lenders to go through. They sell gap insurance at a very reasonable price if you wish to purchase it. Took about an hour start to finish and my sister drove off with a huge smile and a full tank of gas. Dealership was clean, beautiful and state of the art. You can see into their huge shop thru a glass wall and truthfully looked nicer than any shop I have ever seen. The sales staff were truly nice, knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. They had the car fax already printed out to look at. My 30 year old son fell in love with their coffe machine. You set on couches while doing paper work not a little office. I am 59 years old have purchased my share of new and used vehicles and I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever seen Huge selection of nice vehicles and great people!

The only issue we had was the truck would not start two days in a row. That was not the best first impression, but EchoPark troubleshot and resolved the issue. I have had the truck for several days and no issues. Overall EchoPark was pleasant no pressure place to test drive and purchase a vehicle. They were very accommodating about bringing vehicles from other locations to the Thornton lot for me to view and drive.

EchoPark Automotive was an amazing dealership. I went to 5 or 6 before going here and was truly amazed by the service. The salesman was very honest about the products and helped me to find the right fit. They even recommended other dealerships regardless of the fact that they could lose a sale. The folks at Echo Park Thornton are wonderful. The sales process was very pleasant, the facilities clean/tidy and very customer friendly. You can browse current inventory with the technology in the showroom, and once you meet up with the sales staff (non-commissioned) the process was the best I've ever experienced in buying a vehicle.

I took my car in for multiple items to be fixed. The first time I did not have a very good experience. After posting a bad review I received a call from Dan to bring my car back in. He took care of the situation and made things right. I'm a lot happier than I was before. Giving a 5 star review because they went out of their way to make things right.

This is the second car I have purchased from Echo Park in the last 6 months. As always, every sales associate was friendly and no pressure. The whole process with test drives and everything took less than 3 hours. I walked out the door with my keys before noon! Their process is efficient. Everyone knows their jobs and they do them well. After venturing out to multiple dealerships along 104th searching for a new vehicle for my wife we found ourselves at EchoPark. To be honest I wish we wouldn't have wasted our time else where! The entire process was a breath of fresh air. Our salesman Mike was eager to help from the moment we arrived. Finding a vehicle we loved was simple with the huge selection. Vehicle trade-in was seamless, and Mike walked us through the whole thing. Once we found a vehicle that suited our needs, Mike was with us the whole way. No "Finance guy" just our sales associate walking us through available options for additional vehicle protection. Paper work was simple and straight forward with a good portion done digitally! Hands down the only place to get a vehicle. 2nd one we gotten here. You have to be crazy to go anywhere else. Top dollar for trade or if you just selling a vehicle. By far quickest best and least stressful place to do business.

I enjoyed the no pressure to buy concept. Atmosphere was surprising. Not the cars on showroom floor and cubby hole offices that I have seen in the past. Dealership was clean, very open space yet plenty of areas to conduct business privately. The gentleman that helped me was well informed. He also was patient as I had no idea what I could afford. I gave him my info and next thing was explaining slowly for me. I did make a purchase that day. However I wasn't total satisfied with the vehicle is picked. I'm very thankful this dealership has a 7 day policy. I took the 1st vehicle back and explained my reasons why I was not happy. No problem, the same gentleman assisted me again 3 days later. There was no hassle or negative feelings from him. I'm happy to say I did find a different vehicle and truly enjoyed my experience. I'll recommend this place to family and friends.

THE GOOD: The Sales team was great! Michael was attentive and easy to work with. The trade in process was quick and easy. If it weren't for Michael, EchoPark would be receiving a one star review. THE BAD: The service department. I had purchased a vehicle during a snowstorm, which in hindsight was probably a mistake. During my initial road test before the purchase, I only was only able to safely get the vehicle up to about 45MPH due to snowy and icy roads. After the roads had cleared, I noticed that my vehicle was making a loud whirring sound at highway speeds. I also noticed some popping sounds in the front end when going over small bumps and cracks in the road. I had the noise checked out by my local shop. They told me that the right front wheel bearing was excessively noisy and the front sway bar end links were failing and making the noise over bumps. They also told me that the oil drain plug was loose and leaking (EchoPark has just changed the motor oil). I returned to EchoPark's service department and dropped my vehicle off Monday night to be worked on Tuesday when my appointment was scheduled. The service department confirmed my right front wheel bearing was making noise but stated that it was not an item that was covered under warranty. However, they got the manager's approval to replace the wheel bearing at no charge to me. They assured me that the front sway bar links were not a problem and that the service manager who is a "former master certified technician" says there are no problems with the sway bar links and has road tested the vehicle. They had to keep my vehicle until Thursday afternoon to replace the one front wheel bearing ... stating that rust was a problem and it was taking longer than it should to do the repair. During this three day process to replace one wheel bearing I called the service department multiple times to check the status of my vehicle. Not once did a service adviser call me to give me an update on my car or any estimate of completion time. It's unfortunate because I am understanding and flexible... but with no communication I began to get frustrated when I rely on this vehicle to pick up my child. After receiving picking up my vehicle from EchoPark, I noticed the popping sounds still coming from the front end. The noise from the front of the car was much better but not repaired completely. I had my local shop install the other front wheel bearing to get rid of the whirring noise and replace the front sway bar end links. The repair took about 3 hours in total and I had my vehicle back the same day. The vehicle has now been properly repaired. I wouldn't have minded paying EchoPark to do the necessary repairs that had already been diagnosed for them!!!!!!! I understand there are delays with parts, problems occur, and rust slows down the repairs. Poor quality control checks and poor communication with me (the customer) are inexcusable! This experience has been especially bad for a company that has a good reputation like EchoPark. I would consider returning to EchoPark to purchase a vehicle but you can bet I will have another professional repair shop inspect the vehicle from bumper to bumper before making the purchase. I don't have buyer's remorse and I love my car after it has been repaired correctly. That being said, I will never set foot in EchoPark's service department again unless it's for a refund for the expenses that I have incurred because of their incompetence. ----Update I have been contacted immediately by Mike Cervantes and have worked out a resolution. I appreciate Mike for acting quickly to help resolve the situation!

This was hands down the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and I've bought 6 vehicles in the last 5 years, and they continue that quality of customer service and support. Their website allowed me to find a couple vehicles that I liked in their inventory, allowing me to do some research on them before even going to the lot. I was able to schedule a test drive on my top choice vehicle from their lot. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left in my new vehicle was less than two hours. It was the smoothest and quickest experience I have ever had. Also, after driving my new vehicle for a couple of days I had a few questions and a couple things I wanted double checked. I scheduled an appointment with the service department. They were able to answer my questions, check what needed to be checked, and even went over a couple of features that I didn't know the vehicle had all in about 35 minutes and with no charge. Their people are personable and knowledgeable.

We are so happy with our whole experience at EchoPark! From the moment we walked in we were treating so well - including access to the coolest coffee/hot chocolate machine I've ever seen! The whole experience is high tech with ipads etc. We told our (very experienced) salesman the vehicle we were interested in and he drove it inside the bay for us to check out and drive, he also called another store and had them transfer another one we were interested in. It only took about an hour to get that car there and that's the one we decided to purchase! The financing was quick and easy and we were out of there pretty fast! I love the added bonus of free car washes!! Unfortunately, less than a week after we got our 2010 Traverse, we were traveling to Cheyenne in blizzard like conditions and we suddenly lost engine power and traction lights were on. Since we had just purchased the vehicle, our first call (just in time) was to EchoPark. The operator immediately got us in touch with the store manager who stayed on the phone with me for about 30 minutes and worked with his service manager to get a tow truck to us in the nasty weather. We had it towed to the Chevy Dealer in Cheyenne who was able to get it fixed the next day (Saturday). The store manager gave me his cell number and I was able to follow up with him throughout the evening and the next morning. Even though we technically weren't covered with our warranty, EchoPark covered the cost of the repairs and we were able to pick it up and get back home! The whole car buying experience at EchoPark Thornton was a good one. As a first time car buyer I had some anxieties about how prepared I was, but the environment was immediately relaxing, no-pressure with a diverse workforce. Big plus for the hi-tech 21st century website and other functions, which are nice for a younger crowd that likes to predominantly shop and research online before even arriving in person to inspect and test drive. I worked with Deb who was really friendly, flexible and helpful with my unique situation. Her team was very cordial and helpful as well. The car I bought was exactly as described and fairly priced for the condition. They were able to get me better financing than I had via my credit union, but the only downside is though they gave me a better interest rate, it was under an extended loan term, which if I didn't review and calculate afterwards could have been a bit deceptive. Fortunately it was still a better deal so thanks. I just wish they would have informed me of this directly when there were so many variables at play during the purchasing process. Overall I highly recommend both buying from Echopark Thorton, and financing through their creditors. Thanks Deb and thanks Echopark, I'm a very happy car owner!

I went to EchoPark in Thornton after doing my home work online. There were five cars I compared online. The salesman that immediately greeted us upon entering the premise, Tobias, was very knowledgable about the differences between the cars, as well as their locations at the dealership. He was fast, efficient, and calm - not a pushy sales person by any means. He was patient throughout my indecisiveness, personable, and professional throughout the buying process. Just bought our 2014 Honda Odyssey at EchoPark. Completely different experience at Echopark. No pressure, no haggling, honest and friendly service. Tobias was very easy going and gave us all the time we needed. Very modern inside the store. Ipad's everywhere to view inventory and to make purchases. No more cramming into a stuffy office and hammering it all out. Water and coffee readily available. Each seating area has a charger and or USB port. Kids kept busy sitting in the comfort of their own booth with hot chocolate. Tobias even lent our son his charger for his phone. Only complaint so far is I can't use the car wash when the dealership isn't open. I will for sure be using the free car washes for the lifetime of owning our car.

George Solis did a great job with showing us and letting us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted, until we found the right one. The trade offer was laughable on the car we were trying to trade, but you expect that from any dealer. Was not expecting to laugh that hard tho! Ha! George was not pushy at all like most sales people, which was refreshing. We would recommend EPA in the future.

I needed to get a car, my other one quit. I often go to Echo Park just to look around. No one pressures me to buy a car and offers to help out if I have questions. I already had an idea of what I liked. I found what I wanted and closed the deal.

I'll never go to a regular place to get my car serviced again. To start off with, EchoPark gained my trust completely be telling me "your tires are wearing perfectly, I don't think you need to rotate them at this time" Wow, I have never had this happen before!! Usually they want to do anything you request or recommend something whether it needs it or not. I received an oil & filter change and they also changed my air & cabin filters. EchoPark is unbelievably clean, I wish restaurant bathrooms were this clean!!! Very hi-tech and comfortable inside. I love the way you can watch the tech service your car. I will have all my cars serviced here!!!!! AAAAAA++++++++

Satisfying experience with Echo Park dealer. Fair no pressure, best fair trade value anywhere, Echo Park Has your Back!

PROS: Everyone was very accommodating from the administrative representative online who got me connected with the Thornton staff, to the GM who explained their business model on auctioned vehicles, to the sales person. Everything was low pressure, no hidden costs. This was the first time I purchased a car where I was able to calculate the costs on my own and it matched the final bill of sale to the penny. The process was quick...it could have been quicker, but part of that was my fault for not being prepared with a few things. They also paid a very fair price on our trade which was a high mile, 13 year old Honda Element. I failed to bring the title of the trade in when I came...my fault. They graciously allowed me to bring it in the next day, I brought it back but didn't realize my wife needed to sign the title as well. They sent me home with a pre-paid FedEx overnight envelope with no questions asked. CONS: The sales people move a lot of product and don't specialize in any one car which is typical for used-car only dealers. The sales person didn't have much information about the manufacturer's warranty or features of the car. Still, I'd done plenty of research so it was a non-issue.

We went in to check out a Subaru Crosstrek. We ended up driving several, as well as an Outback. They did a quick evaluation of my old car and gave me a value on the spot. The whole experience was low-stress. We didn't end up buying a car here but I would still recommend this place, and have.

They gave us excellent trade value. New used BMW X3 was in top shape, though did have some cleaning detail that was overlooked. Price is no haggle, but did get pressure to sign high end expensive extended warranty, which we later declined. $5K is a lot to spend on warranty service, that can be best saved in your own account. Sales process lagged at times, they had mistakes and missteps their side,which was annoying. Otherwise seems to be quality cars on their lot.

Although everything was nice and the staff was helpful, I was a little disappointed. After taking my jeep home, within a couple days, my rear brakes whistled. Very unexpected. Service advisor was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Scheduled my jeep this coming week. Hope whatever is going on, is diagnosed and taken care of.

We went to Echo Park looking for a used car. The salesman sat down with us from the start to see what we could afford then took us out to look at suvs in our price range. He asked for exactly what we wanted and never steered from those requests. We ended up buying a GMC Terrain. The place was clean, everyone there was friendly and helpful. We also traded in our vehicle and got a very fair deal with a good appraisal experience, Echo Park explains everything that they do with you present and exactly what sources they use to determine the used car value. The Cherokee was very clean with low mileage and priced lower than what we had seen at other car dealers. At EchoPark you are treated as a friend and your time is respected. There are no games with added on fees or surprises and some nice extra benefits to customers. We are very pleased with our "new" Cherokee and our purchase through EchoPark. The repair facility on 104th in Thornton is a beautiful facility that you really should see. They will work on any kind of vehicle that you might bring in (whether you bought it there or not) at very competitive prices and you can see through glass windows what is going on in the service bays. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a good deal on a used vehicle because there is no high pressure.

I had always seen the commercials for "no haggle" dealerships and figured that people that shopped at them just didn't get as good a deal as others because they weren't willing to go through the process. I can tell you I now know that is wrong! I had extensively searched for a F250/F350 in the front range area and test driven a few. I even found one that I liked and tried to purchase but didn't feel that the deal the broker was offering me was fair and walked away. At EchoPark, I got a truck that was 1 year newer and had MANY more upgrades (Platinum package, FX4 package, etc.) than the one I was previously negotiating on with the broker for the same price. The process was simple and painless. If you are in the market I would highly recommend at least taking a look to see if you think their deal is fair because based on my experience you will be pleased.

I went in for my first oil change since I purchased my car at Echopark in November. They were very friendly and efficient- the same experience as I had when I purchased my car. I'll definitely go back for any future service.

Jeff worked with me all afternoon to check out all different models and allowed me to test drive a good number of them. When we sat to discuss the numbers, he wanted to be sure that I was getting the car I really wanted, that I wasn't settling. So, we went back out there and checked out a few more. Of course we found the one and not much longer after that, it was mine. This was the first planned stop on a list of dealerships that day to buy a car after having a total loss due to the carelessness of a distracted driver (please put down your phones!). I could have spent many days haggling with dealerships. No haggling here. I would say the price and the actual process to buy the car took the least energy. I won't say all is perfect. The car did come up with an airbag warning the next day and after taking in to Echopark, I was referred to a Ford dealership. It's a bit of an inconvenience as I would be with a car and out of the office for a day but it looks like it's covered under the Ford warranty.

We needed to get into a nice car quickly. We were treated wonderfully even when we came back 3 times. We got a 2011 Cruz and it is a great car. But, it developed a problem and started leaking something on the floor of the garage. Another dealer told us that the warranty ran out 4 days before we took it in. Echo Park stepped up and told us that the car would get repaired and we were not to worry! You cannot beat that kind of professionalism anywhere. Nicole and Steve took care of everything and our wonderful new car is great. We are seniors on a fixed income but Echo Park saw to it that we were treated with respect and caring. We cannot say enough good things about this company!

I took my car in because the heated seats weren't working. They diagnosed, repaired them within 30 minutes. The entire staff are a pleasure to deal with , happy, friendly and eager to help.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from EchoPark. The car was very clean when we test drove it. The entire place was the cleanest car place I have ever been in and I have been in a few. Jen Jossie was amazing and extremely helpful. The paperwork was streamlined and to the point. Ok,I don't usually do this, but EchoPark asked and they really did do everything right, so here goes. I bought a car at their Thornton location and it really was unlike any other car buying experience. The place looks more like an Apple store or a Starbucks than a used car dealership. It's actually fun to hang out in. They had over 800 clean cars of all makes. Briana was great. No haggle just BELOW BOOK pricing, fun experience, and a 90 day warranty. They are expanding with multiple locations around Denver. I was so impressed with their revolutionary business model I looked into buying some of their stock.

Came in two months ago and bought a Toyota Tacoma, good buy on the truck but took a big hit on trade-in (da.. hail damage). Kept the truck two months and needed something bigger. Bought a car about a month ago from Echo Park in Thornton. Jen Jossie did a fantastic job answering all my questions and went the extra mile to get more for my trade in. She is the one I would ask for if you seek a car very seriously. As for the dealership, I have had some work done within a week of driving it off the lot. These are things I feel like should have been found and replaced during their inspection process. The work and parts were free and didn't cost me anything. They even ran my car through the car wash afterwards but when I was wiping it down after I got home, I noticed fresh scratches. Use at your own risk. Not sure if I would buy again from here, to earlier to tell.

I've bought two cars here this year and even exchanged the second one, a Ram 1500, for a better equipped one when mine wasn't exactly what I wanted. Zero hassle at any point. Both sales guys(not really an apt title since they don't work on commission but I can't think of what else to call them) were great people and the finance team is incredible.

Was looking for a Ford f150 for some time was looking at many different dealers and decided to make an appointment at one to test drive long story short went to that dealer and the truck I wanted to drive they had it out for detailing after waiting 2 hours without even looking at the truck I had made an appointment to test drive I left. Got on the internet and was looking and found one at echo park went in at about 6 pm test drove two trucks was out by 9 with a 2011 Ford F-150 FX4 Eric was awesome to work with no pressure, will definitely recommend and also buy again from there echo park was awesome!

I had a great experience. I went in thinking an F150, I came out with a sweet Prius. The dealer (Jeff Rood) talked me through my actual needs, we test drove some beautiful F150s and explored other options just for fun. The ridiculous low upkeep costs of the Prius won me over. What car dealer talks you into a car that cost 10K less then the one you went in for! I have had my 2012 Prius for 2 months now and I still love it. The whole buying process was smooth, easy, no hassle and mostly involved me enjoying a chat with Jeff and a cup of coffee while they processed some paperwork. Good times.

Well my kids car took a crap on her, so we took it in and traded it for a newer car. They were very helpful and didn't try to talking us in to something that we couldn't afford. The sales lady was great( Brittany Small )she made the process smooth; we got there at about 1:15, finished at about 3:15 keys in hand. The atmosphere was laid back and we felt like there was no pressure in doing anything. Paperwork went smooth. Everything was just a wonderful experience. We tend to buy quite a lot of cars and this by far was our best experience.

I had a fantastic experience here that happened by chance. I had never heard of Echo Park but decided to pull in on a whim as I was driving by. My main goal was to get my car appraised in order to see what my price range would be when shopping for a replacement used car. I walked in to the facilities, which were quite impressive, and was greeted by William Grant – who would take me through the appraisal process. The appraisal was a very thorough and interactive experience, unlike anything that I have experienced before. Mr Grant asked questions about my car, took photos, and input a lot of information into an iPad, which was connected to a TV that detailed each step of the process. Mr. Grant was easy to talk to throughout the process and answered all of the questions that I had. I was very satisfied with the final appraisal, as it came in above the appraisal that I had gotten earlier in the day from another well known dealership. While I made it clear from the onset that I had a specific replacement car in mind that I was shopping for (I've been researching for months), Mr. Grant showed me the inventory of cars that they had that were similarly spec'd (at my request). I ended up not finding a suitable car here, as I am 95% set on a specific SUV, but I will definitely be continually checking their inventory for my dream car, as I had a great experience here and want to do business with them in the future. Mr. Grant was a pleasure to work with and felt more like a friend/advisor, rather than the typical car salesman.

Upon walking into the dealership I was greeted by Mark Harvey. He was extremely helpful and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. I never felt pressure and the whole experience was very relaxed. Not only was Mark great but the EchoPark store is probably the nicest used dealership I have ever visited. Everything was very modern with tons of iPads to help me make the right decision.
