It was an amazing experience. The lobby was very nice, clean and relaxing. We were greeted at the entrance and invited to have a seat. A man came over and introduced himself as Terrell. We told him the 2 cars we were there to see. He arranged a test drive on both cars. We quickly made a decision on our favorite. Terrell was so personable and helpful. The entire process was easy. And went quickly. We went having our financing pre arranged. The dealership gladly made the offer to match our finance rate. The next car we purchase will definitely be from Echo Park. They are amazing.
