Had a great and efficient experience. Jake and Lee were both awesome and I didn’t feel any pressure. I ran into some payment issues trying to pay outright in full, so my only recommendation would be to upgrade POS systems to allow for Apple Pay or manual entry of debit card info, as my family lives out of state and I did not have the physical card in hand. Had to get creative, but they were both very patient and helpful. My previous car was purchased at the autonation across the street, and this experience was much more pleasant and less intimidating.

Every detail I experienced while test driving and buying my vehicle was laced with kindness, niceness, and peace. The guys that greeted me at the door was genuinely kind and smiley, Jake the guy that test drove and sold my car to me was kind, down to earth, helpful, zero percent cocky, and any other human I ran into was kind and helpful. No one was on a ‘high horse’, no one had their nose in the air, no one spoke to me like I was stupid, everyone explained every detail with kindness. That is so important to me as a woman who doesn’t know anything about the car world. I could not speak highly enough about the experience I had here. They are kind and helpful. I felt safe and happy to make to make such a large purchase here.
