2 Outside of California, all of our cars come with our Happiness Guarantee: Love it or we want it back. If you change your mind about your car purchase within 7 days or 250 miles (whichever comes first), simply return the car to EchoPark in the same condition for a refund of the purchase price. Please note: If your financing included negative equity from your trade-in, you can either repay the negative equity or finance it with a different vehicle, subject to financing approval. In California, we honor the state’s 3-day/400-mile return policy. Restocking fees and additional charges may apply.
